MWN Hub (henceforth the "Site) is owned and managed by Muslim Women's Network UK (MWNUK). MWNUK have a Privacy Policy ("the Privacy Policy") which sets out how MWNUK processes data and the principles governing your use of any personal information that we may obtain about you.

By registering to become a member and user of this Site, you agree to MWNUK using and otherwise processing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and our Privacy Policy. Any dispute which may arise over privacy will be subject to this notice and the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated into this Site. MWNUK will only collect personal data, such as your name, email address, click-through activity and any other personal information you voluntarily submit to us through this Site. Any affiliate partners and any companies we hire (if any) will use this information to comply with your request for information or services or as otherwise disclosed to you when you submit your information. We confirm that at present we do not have any affiliate partners or any other companies carrying out such activities on our behalf.

To that end and unless you designate otherwise or is otherwise stated in this Privacy Notice and/or Privacy Policy or at the time information is collected, any personal information you provide to the Site will be known only to the following parties: you; MWNUK.

We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, in pursuance of our legitimate interests or is deemed necessary to complete your request or at your express demand. For the avoidance of doubt, we may be required to disclose your personal information if required by law, court order or as requested by a statutory agency; in such circumstances we will only disclose your personal information once we are satisfied that the court or statutory agency has lawfully requested such disclosure. We may also disclose your personal information where allegations have been made, or concerns raised, that you have acted in a manner that is illegal or abusive or otherwise created serious safeguarding issues.

From time to time we may refer to the information provided by you to better understand your needs and how we can improve our services. We may also use that information to contact you. Additionally, MWNUK believe that the best way to achieve our charitable objectives is through highlighting the lived experiences of individuals in the UK. To this effect, we may use the information you have willingly provided (such as through submitting a blog to the Site or responding to a forum discussion on the Site) as an anonymised case study when attending any relevant government meetings or responding to government consultations or holding an event or training session or producing and publishing a research report. We assure you that any such case studies will be entirely anonymised and your personal information will not be shared in respect of these particular activities. We will also make clear on the Site itself where we are commencing forum discussions to seek your comments for such purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish for your comments to be used in an anonymised format for such purposes.

MWNUK will hold your information for as long as you are a member of the Site and/or have a relationship with us and/or as required by the law and/or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in holding such information.

In common with other organisations, we may monitor the use of this Site by collecting aggregate information.
