I'm a London-based journalist writing a piece for Hyphen, a publication covering issues relevant to Muslims across UK/Europe, about traditional postpartum diets. I'm interested in speaking to Muslim women across cultures living in the UK or Europe about how they were able to keep this tradition alive after giving birth — whether they have relatives who supported them and cooked for them after they gave birth, or they prepared traditional foods ahead of giving birth.
