Discrimination of Minority Ethnic Academics in British Universities

Baroness Shaista Gohir, CEO of Muslim Women's Network UK asked a question to the Education Minister on 3rd Sept 2026 about how junior female and minority ethnic academics are expoited by senior academics who add their names to papers when they have not contributed and use juniors to secure multi-million pound funding and then discard them. There is no accountability.
