One of our youngest member of MWN Hub wrote a poem about a young Muslim girl's spiritual growth. The poem explores how she navigates her journey of faith by having patience and trusting in the plans of her Lord, The All Mighty.
In a world full of
wisdom, a young Muslim girl strides.
Her heart and mind
glides through the nights.
Her hijab a tiara of
intelligence worn.
As she overcomes
hardships from dusk till dawn.
Through problems faced due to uncertain destiny.
She endures these trials whilst maintaining
her integrity.
In the echoes of pain and struggle a silent verse which eases the heart,
“If Allah knows [any] good in your hearts, He will give you [something] better than what was taken from you” [8:70].
Through the darkest days and the brightest nights,
Her heart finds inner
peace in the moment of light.
As she bows down to
worship her Lord, a dua begins to form.
With each whispered
dua she makes, surely, she knows that Allah is AR–RAZZAQ (The Provider.)
In the quiet night
glow, her conviction begins to grow.
A language unspoken
yet deeply heard,
As she whispers through the duas she makes,
She believes there
shall be a way.
To trust in Allah's plans.
To trust that Allah forever
remains.
The knowledge that He plans accordingly to His will,
He only says to it: 'Be', and it becomes.
With a heart full of gratitude,
A young Muslim girl's positive attitude grows,
As she knows whoever puts their trust in Allah,
He shall suffice her.
