On 16.05.2023, MWNUK CEO Baroness Shaista Gohir spoke in the House of Lords in support of Baroness Morgan’s amendment to the Online Safety Bill to mandate OFCOM to have a VAWG (violence against women & girls) code of practice so tech companies are held accountable to take action to tackle online abuse of women & girls.
