Baroness Gohir - Maternity Care of Minority Ethnic Women

On Thursday 25th January 2024, MWNUK CEO Baroness Shaista Gohir OBE spoke about the health inequalities faced by minority ethnic women, particularly regarding maternity care. She asked what is being done to solve this as well as giving examples herself of what can be done such as improving data collection and utilising (and raising awareness of) complaint procedures.
