Baroness Gohir on The Victims Bill - House of Lords

Earlier this week, Baroness Shaista Gohir OBE highlighted the gaps in the victims bill which had its second reading in the House of Lords on 18th December 2023. These include safeguards for children, the need for stalking advocates, better protection for women with insecure immigration status and the need to strengthen victims' right to review.
