Baroness Gohir on Maternity Outcomes for BAME women

Just prior to parliament going into recess, our CEO Baroness Shaista Gohir spoke in the House of Lords to ask what plans the government have to reduce the mortality rates for BAME women and to reduce the mortality rates of their babies. She also asked whether the government would consider appointing a maternity commissioner to improve outcomes.
